Easy like Easter Sunday

Today was Easter, but it easily could have been mistaken for Halloween based on the amount of candy that was hunted down and devoured.

The bunny brought fish!

Max's reaction to gifts, large or small, is as big as his personality.

Max loved his Ninja Turtle watch, but Kira could not wait to get her Minnie watch off so she could get her hand back in the bag of gold fish.

Kira is officially addicted to jelly beans; she joins her brother who is addicted to all candy and Chinese orange chicken, because, "it is so, so sweet".  Max changed for dinner because, "We have to wear work clothes for a holiday."  He also instructed everyone else to change into work clothes and to leave their shoes on.

Sadie and Tessa came over for an egg hunt (phot shoot).  Sadie wins for most consistent smile!

The older, wiser four year olds are real mom-arazzi pleasers.

Ready, set, hunt!

Spoon egg race- Max came in last, but he will tell you he won.

Similar behavior during the egg pass game...

"You lose!" Max scream/told Pa

Kira was beyond pooped and finally took a solid nap this afternoon

Max was eager to sit down for dinner and was very excited about his big boy (plastic) wine glass.  He said it was filled with "water beer" and had a pretend conversation with his cronies before dinner.

Kira had peanut butter and jelly for dinner.  She loved all two bites and then was bribed with yogurt melts to stay at the table for a few extra moments.  Her belly was filled with jelly bellies.
