The outdoors are great!

It was finally warm enough for shorts today!

Timmy and Max ate dinner together.  Again.  Of course.  This came after Max screamed across the playground to Timmy's mommy, "Meghan! Can Timmy eat my meatballs?"

Tickle, tickle

This happy girl made her mommy even happier- she slept through the night for the first time- all the way until 7am!  Too bad her brother was up several times.

Party all night...party all day

Max had LOTS of energy for someone who was awake from 2-5am.  At least he slept all the way until 7am.

TGIF

It's Friday and we partied hard at Chick fil A with Sadie and Tessa.  Max ran wild through the play place while us girls watched (and heard him) through the glass.

"Look at me!!!" Is quickly becoming one of Max's signature phrases.  Does he know that we do not need the reminder??

A long dinner date ended with a quick hug goodbye- so quick that Max nearly left (was halfway out the front door) without his shoes on!  Luckily Max noticed before his feet hit the pavement.

Baby ballerina

Max loves greeting Kira with giggles in the morning.

Baby Sadie, Baby Tessa, and Baby Kira!

After school soccer playing, shorts wearing, and a dinner date with Timmy afterwards, of course.

Snow shorts

His dream finally came true! Max was allowed to wear shorts outside; the perfect snow shoveling attire.  Mommy's dream, however, did not come true, as Max was still awake as of 8:45pm.  "Do you want to see my MAJOR boo boo????!!!!" he bellowed moments ago, referring to the hot wheels injury he sustained last week.

Max was so happy to finally play on the deck for what may be the first time since the night before Kira was born.  Just like that night, he immediately turned found sticks into a microphone and sung his heart out.

Deserted!  Daddy ran off after Max.  Max ran off after "Pawley" (the neighborhood cat, Ginger).

Max and Timmy can share this chair every night if it means they will eat their dinner.

Hi!  Kira has so much to say and we cannot wait to hear exactly what that is.

Wise guy

"Look at this mess!  I'm gonna get hurt."
How about clean up your toys, Max?

"Too loud!" Max remarked about the garbage truck.

Kira has another cold and is suppppper stuffed up, but that did not stop her from playtime today.

Cheers to Monday

Max and Timmy could not agree on who should sit in this chair.  So they both did.  For the entire meal; a whopping 2 minutes.

Here I come, Spring!

Max really enjoys the Girl Scout cookies he got yesterday.  He angerly stomped away after being told that two cookies is enough and mommy was going to let him sulk off his sugar high.  Unbeknownst to her, Max knew that the cookies were stowed in the freezer.  Moments later Max was in the living room, with the box of Tagalongs, announcing, "I am going to eat ALL of these!!!!!" Yep.

"Skittles!!!!!!" Max hollered as he ran into the house.  Mommy knew what that meant.

No, I will not nap without being swaddled!  And I will laugh when you come in to rescue me.

Love at first bite

Kira had her first taste of solid food this morning.  She just had a few bites of rice cereal to pass the time in the morning; she liked the food a little, but she loved Max's big brotherly feeding antics a lot!

First food in mommy's baby bib.

"Yay! She did it!!"

What's in a name?

Today we celebrated Kira's baby naming at Tot Shabbat.  As usual she was a perfect angel and Max was beyond excited/insanely hyper to see so many of his friends there.  Kira's Hebrew name is Pelaya Gilah which means "Joyous Miracle".  She was named after her great-grandmas Pearl and Gerry.  It was a beautiful ceremony, and as the rabbi said, Kira will not remember, but Max can tell her about it when she gets older.

All dressed up for her big day!

Always happy and giggling

"Where is Max?" asked the rabbi.  In the bathroom!

Got a shot of all of us

Max had another fun afternoon at the hotel pool.  Grandma told him that the hot tub is for relaxing, so that is what he did.

Nope.  Not cold.
